This is my background:
Hardware Test Engineering
I’m an electrical engineer (BSEE) specializing in test development engineering and manufacturing test engineering. I also have test engineering management experience.
I worked at IBM for 15 years at 4 different locations. I have one patent and an Outstanding Technical Achievement (OTA) award.
The above patent and OTA were related to two printed circuit board (PCB) design analysis software tools that I developed at IBM. Both software tools accelerated the engineering workflows for raw PCB electrical performance analysis and manufacturability at this site with thousands of workers.
After IBM, I worked another 14 years in Silicon Valley at several technology companies. These roles are detailed on my LinkedIn page.
Web Development
I also specialize in the WordPress ecosystem (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL). This site was implemented in WordPress.
My Worksheets and Walkthroughs website was developed by myself and two professional teachers. This free site has been online for 10 years. It is used daily by our own teacher’s students, and by students and teachers in dozens of countries around the world.
My Python-Algebra website was developed by myself. Its purpose is to show kids how to use Python to solve math problems. Probably nobody uses it, but it was an interesting exercise all the same.
Both sites were coded from scratch using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Personal
I’m a husband, father, and grandfather. My family is my real pride and joy. This is what it’s all about.
